What marketplaces do you cover?
Etsy, eBay and Shopify (including brand sites that run on Shopify) are fully supported for rival price and stock tracking, and Etsy also gets review tracking. Amazon is supported for price and in-stock status only. Other marketplaces are not supported yet. A single ShelfHawk account can mix marketplaces.
How is this different from legacy enterprise suites?
Those suites sell on annual contracts priced for category captains — typically four figures a month before a single SKU is monitored. Shelfhawk is priced for solo sellers and small teams, from $39 a month. You get rival price and stock tracking, a daily briefing and, on higher plans, price recommendations in one desk, not as separate tool seats.
Can it actually change my prices?
Only on a Shopify store, and only if you ask it to. On Watch + Suggest and Command you can push a recommended price to your Shopify store in one click, or turn on auto-pilot: it never goes below your minimum margin, never moves more than 25% at once, and logs every change in your briefing. It cannot change Etsy, eBay or Amazon listings.
What does the daily briefing look like?
A short, plain-language email covering what changed since the last one: rival price moves (with the margin you’d keep if you matched), stock-outs, any auto-pilot changes, and supplier deals that hit your target.
